Our magnetic photos are personalized products made using the photos provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the photos and information submitted with an order are correct.

Orders and Payment

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully completed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary.

Production

Personalized orders are carefully prepared and shipped within up to 5 business days.

Shipping

A flat shipping rate of $8.00 applies to orders shipped within the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Because personalized products are made specifically for each customer, returns and refunds are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Customer-Provided Content

By submitting photos, you confirm that you have the right to use and reproduce the images for the purpose of creating your personalized order.
