Because our magnetic photos are personalized and made specifically with your photos, personalized orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned due to a change of mind or incorrect photo selection.

Please carefully review your photos before submitting your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production begins. Once your personalized order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
